Why Substack.
Why no schedule.

The Next Evolution publishes when there is something worth saying. Not to a content calendar. Not to an algorithm. The form is deliberate: if the writing argues that technology should adapt to the individual rather than the other way around, it would be a poor advertisement for itself if it chased engagement metrics instead.

The essays are read by CTOs, board members, and product leaders — and by people who have nothing to do with technology professionally but find themselves navigating systems that were not built with them in mind. That range is not accidental. The argument is the same whoever is reading it.

Each essay makes one argument. Clearly. Anchored in a specific human consequence. It does not end with a rallying call.
