Cases reviewed

Each session brings two or three independent fractional CTOs together to question a live technical or organisational problem — the panel is free to disagree with each other, and the founder leaves with a written diagnosis rather than a single unchallenged opinion.     David Carroll, founder of EURYAN (engineering backgrounds spanning Jaguar Land Rover, Lotus, and McLaren), brought a live case to the panel — contingency planning for enterprise clients, and whether customers will accept the technical moat EURYAN is building around. Why this fits.
